National Children’s Alliance (NCA)

From an informal gathering of colleagues to an organization of accredited centers some 900 strong, National Children’s Alliance is now the national leader on training, technical assistance, research, support and education for Children’s Advocacy Centers and for child abuse professionals and communities seeking to enhance and improve the response system for intervention, investigation, treatment, and management of cases involving child abuse. Client Engagement with Ivy.Ly: Year long, multi-stakeholder and multi-consultant informed five-year strategic plan, incorporating key components such as stakeholder voting, strategic priority identification, SMART goal alignment and Board review

We have a large national membership and our strategic planning process includes feedback from our members, our staff, our Board and ours national partners through crowdsourcing and focus groups committee. The RTRX experience, held in collaboration with Pelotonia’s Ride Weekend, is uniquely curated with business, philanthropy, fun, and thought-provoking and inspiring content designed to speak to the whole person. This event has evolved from a one-day event held at their Convention Center into a multi-day experience held at a number of creative and flexible venues around the city.

Client Engagement with Ivy.Ly: Fully executed on all aspects of event production since 2018 ensuring that the nearly 500 attendees annually have an efficient and fun experience.

KUT and KUTX are leading sources for knowledge and ideas that enrich and sustain greater Austin’s unique sense of place, cultural identity and position as a center of leadership. KUT and KUTX will inform, inspire and engage while becoming the most trusted source for news, information and the Austin music experience. Austin's NPR station engaged us to lead the development of their multi-year strategic plan during the midst of a lot of change and uncertainty. Client Engagement with Ivy.Ly: Fully engaged staff during strategic planning; 3-year strategic plan; In a post-pandemic check-in, staff and leadership have reported being able to stay actively on track with the plan given the report and tools provided for execution.

I AM ALS is a patient-led community that provides critical support and resources to those living with ALS, caregivers and loved ones. They empower advocates to raise mainstream awareness and lead the revolution against ALS in driving the development of cures.

Client Engagement with Ivy.Ly: Facilitated an all-virtual symposium with over 60 key stakeholders in the ALS space, to help build a roadmap for community engagement and change. Client left with clear community-driven recommendations and suggested event improvements
