REFLECT

We start by getting to know your organization, your current values, priorities and processes. By utilizing internal documents and tools that already exist, we conduct a robust discovery on your organization and how your team is operating it.

DESIGN

We host a number of conversations with the team and other key stakeholders (that you've identified) to understand how their perspective can be used to help us meet the project objectives. In facilitated sessions, you and your team are encouraged to push the boundaries of your assumptions and envision the best path toward achieving your goals.

DO(N'T)

Building upon the knowledge and insights gained during the Reflect and Design phases, we will help to build plans to reach the identified goals. We will develop a clear framework on how decisions are made, how they will be made in the future and recommended next steps and oversight of the plan.
